Trovarit AG, Campus-Boulevard 57, in 52074 Aachen, asks to inform you about the processing of your personal data for the study “ERP in Practice: User Satisfaction, Benefits & Prospects” (in the following: ERP Practice) according to Article 3 of the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Purposes of the Data Processing
By filling in the questionnaire of the study ERP Practice, ERP users assess the software used in their companies and the services of their maintenance and implementation partners. Furthermore, they give their assessment of current trends on the ERP market. The results of the study enable ERP users to exchange their experience with certain software products and suppliers thus adding to transparency on the ERP market.
To ensure a high quality of the study results only assessments from user companies and only one assessment per software installation are taken into account.
In order to check the validity of the participation and in compliance with Article 6 section 1 point a) GDPR based on your consent we collect and processs
- your first and last names,
- the name and the address of your company as well as
- your business e-mail address.
In order to be able to perform peer-group related analyses (e.g. based on the participants’ position or function, based on regions, industries, company sizes) we also collect
- your position
- your role in the company, especially with regard to the used ERP system,
- your company’s line of business
- the number of employees in your company.
Your business e-mail address is also used to supply you with the results of the study and to contact you when the study is conducted again (in about 2 years) and to ask you to update your answers in our questionnaire.
Your personal data are stored on our own servers in Germany and are neither transferred to third parties nor to third countries.
Analyses and Publication
All data entered into the questionnaire are analysed and published solely in an anonymised form. In particular, the ERP suppliers are not informed which of their customers have participated in the study or which assessments they have submitted.
Confidentiality
The organisers of the study explicity commit themselves to treat all data with absolute confidentiality which allow an assessment of the satisfaction of single participants. All the collected personal data are only used for statistical analyses. The participants’ personal data are treated with confidentiality and not transferred to any third parties.
Your rights as a participant of the study
