This website is operated by Trovarit AG, Campus-Boulevard 57, 52074 Aachen, Germany. Trovarit takes the protection of your personal data very seriously. The protection of your privacy is of utmost importance to us. You can access the websites of Trovarit AG and retrieve information without having to enter personal data. We only collect personal data with your knowledge when you enter the form when registering for one of our services, contact requests or orders.

In order to be able to process registrations, download requests or orders, we ask for

Registration for Guided Tours / Expert Tours

If you have registered for one of our guided tours of the trade fair, we will use your personal data

- to send you interesting information about our products and services and
- to pass it on to up to 4 software providers whose stands you visited during the tour for the purpose of direct marketing

IT-Matchmaker-Registration

In case of user registration

according to Article 6 (1) lit. b) of the GDPR on the basis of the contract concluded with you for the use of IT-Matchmaker (user licence):
- for the fulfilment of the contractual performance
- for the delivery of contractually ordered products and services
- for the administration of your user licences
- for the processing of payments
- in the case of free use of IT-Matchmaker for the forwarding to up to 8 software providers whose range of services matches your request.

In the case of provider registration

according to Article 6 (1) b) of the GDPR on the basis of the contract concluded with you on the use of the IT-Matchmaker (provider licence):
- for the fulfilment of the contractual performance
- for the delivery of contractually ordered products and services
- for the administration of your use licences
- for the processing of payments
- for the sending of interesting offers and products relating to the IT-Matchmaker.

Job Applications

If you apply for a job advertised by us or send us your application documents as part of a speculative application, we process your personal data

in accordance with section 26, paragraph 1 of the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG)
- for inclusion in our application procedure and storage on our own servers in Aachen
- for internal forwarding to the person responsible for filling the position
- for contacting you with any queries
- for contacting you to arrange an interview.

Your application documents and all personal data transmitted as part of the application process

if the decision is negative, all personal data will be deleted six months after the end of the application process, unless you give us written permission to include your documents in our pool of applicants for any future vacancies
in the event of a positive decision and employment in our company, they will be transferred to your personnel file.

Disclosure to third parties

We use the data exclusively for the purposes requested by you and disclosed in advance. We will only disclose personal data stored by Trovarit to third parties if we are ordered to do so by the police or public prosecutor’s office or if we have received a written or electronic declaration of consent. All personal data that you provide to us in connection with the ordering of products or registration is stored on protected computers within Germany.

Cookies

This website uses Motomo (formerly Piwik), an open source software for statistical analysis of user access. Piwik uses “cookies”, which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyse how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about the use of this website is stored on the server of Trovarit AG in Germany. The IP address is anonymised immediately after processing and before it is stored. Users can prevent the installation of cookies by setting their browser software accordingly. However, the provider points out to users that in this case they may not be able to use all the functions of this website to their full extent.

We work together with B2B Media Group EMEA GmbH, a provider of web analysis and target group marketing. B2B Media Group EMEA GmbH uses cookies that collect/contain anonymous usage data. From this data, usage profiles can be created under a pseudonym. However, no personal data is collected without the declaration of consent of the person concerned. Insofar as IP addresses are collected, these are stored anonymously by deleting the last number block and are not merged with the cookies.
